To Schedule an Appointment:
If you would like to schedule an appointment for your child, there are two options to do so.
You may contact our appointment line at 901-252-6034, and one of our appointment setters will be more than happy to get an appointment scheduled for you.
Another option is to request an appointment through our Patient Portal. With the Patient Portal option, you must have a registered and active account. If you would like assistance in getting a patient portal account, you may also contact 901-252-6034 and an appointment setter will be able to help you with this as well.
